Reminder **We are closed to children tomorrow, as we are a polling station. See you all on Friday 🙂 ... See MoreSee Less

It’s our favourite time of the year! We’ve had such an exciting time in nursery watching our chicks hatch! The children have absolutely loved watching our chicks pipping until eventually hatching and meeting them. All 20 chicks have hatched.

We have the chicks until Friday 27th March, where they will go back to the farm.

We have 14 girls in total and we would love to re-home them. If you have been thinking about starting (or adding to) your own flock, or know anyone else that is interested, this is the perfect opportunity. Chicks would need to go home in groups of 3.

If you are interested, please let us know and we will have a further chat about what things you will need ready to take them home.

Just a reminder that we are celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 5th March. The children will be reading familiar stories and voting for their favourite ones. They will also be taking part in lots of activities based around their favourite stories. Look out on tapestry where we will share some pictures. We would love to hear what your favourite stories at home are too.

We are not asking children to come in fancy dress because we know how expensive outfits can be for World Book Day. A few of you have asked if children can dress up, especially if older siblings are. Children are of course welcome to dress up if you would like them to.
